The quarantine makes me feel as if I am the only man on earth witnessing the Covid-19 pandemic. To me, the pandemic seems like a story only known from books about the biggest global catastrophes. Now all of us have to stay at home all day, which makes us uncertain about our lives after the disaster. I’m afraid that the state can use our fear of the next sudden global crisis to change the basic standards of our everyday existence. I already feel I’m not the same person when I’m walking down the empty streets, going to the store with a permit in my pocket giving me the right to buy a product for surviving in my studio. But I feel I’ve got used to a scary, uncertain future!! Today is the 22nd day I’ve been quarantined in my studio.
