What is a moment that becomes an artifact as soon as it happens? When there is no time lapse for it to get its name and acquire the attributes of its name, but it is contextualized, categorized, commodified in the very moment of its origin? A moment that “lives” only to constitute a contemporary subjectivity by finding a place for its image. In other words, a subject that is constituted of moments/artifacts is curated, artificially revived, displayed, subjected to representation, because it can only thus be embedded in the symbolic of order of society.
