We are happy to announce that the monograph On the Brink, published in conjunction with the eponymous international exhibition at the Moderna galerija in 2019, is the winner of the Izidor Cankar Award, given biannually by the Slovene Art History Society. Congratulations to the head of the project and editor Marko Jenko, editor Beti Žerovc, and authors Alenka Pirman, Jože Pirjevec, Božo Repe, Ana Ereš, Petar Prelog, Asta Vrečko, Marja Nikolčič, Lidija Merenik, Dejan Sretenović, Ivana Udovičić, Kiril Penušliski, Lara Štrumej, Lovorka Magaš Bilandžić, Daniel Rafaelić, Zdenko Vrdlovec, Nina Kosanović on behalf of the late film theorist Dejan Kosanović, Jana Intihar Ferjan and Bojana Rogina for their important contribution understanding the art of the interwar period from Ljubljana to Skopje.
