'I use the medium of light to explore architectural spaces and their social and political discourses. I use the medium of light to reflect on the different facets, from cultural social structures to architectural interventions, which emphasise the aspects of 'landmark character' and the architectural-historical context or encode them anew. In politically motivated and participatory projects, public and private space are often intertwined in my work. In most projects, communication is facilitated between the participants and the artist, the work and the urban space. In my work presentation I focus on different strategies and methods - a gift, an irritation - an exchange offer... depending on the respective contexts on site!'
