You are kindly invited to attend the gilding of the artwork Punishment without Crime, 14.7.1944, which will be performed by Elena Fajt and a group of women artists, followed by visitors to the event (Voice: Helena Gabrijelčič Tomc) on Thursday, 29 February 2024, at 4 pm in the exhibition For Your Pleasure.

The process of collective gilding will continue in the course of the exhibition and will be open to visitors. Gilding with goldleaf is a symbolic gesture of reevaluating history and rethinking the punitive measures and societal violence against women.

Elena Fajt is an artist, a designer, and a costume designer. In addition to her professional work, Fajt is also a visual artist, best known for her Hairsense project, in progress since 2000.
