Discoursor 006
16 January 2023 | 5 p.m. | seminar, Museum of Contemporary Art Metelkova
You are invited to attend the final event in the Discoursor series: Vuk Ćosić’s talk “Who cares?” In this, Ćosić will present a first-person, anecdotal analysis of the non-peaceful, non-active coexistence between the art system and digital art in Slovenia. From the vivisection of the autonomous avant-garde position of an artist, through the consideration of the complex interdependencies of the protagonists of the art ecosystem, to some useless advice for a young poet.
Every visitor will receive a copy of Ćosić’s catalogue at the 2001 Venice Biennale, which includes the (first) compilation of texts on net.art museology and the last Nettime collection of Internet theory.
On Tuesday, 16 January 2023, at 5 p.m. at the Museum of Contemporary Art Metelkova.
